Simplified Upgrade Pricing – Coming March 2010
By now most Autodesk software users are aware of Autodesk’s pending move
to “Simplified Upgrade Pricing”.
This program can have a significant impact on the way that you
upgrade your Autodesk software in the future, so we’ll continue with the
occasional friendly reminder until the program takes effect.
The new Autodesk upgrade pricing model will be introduced on
March 16, 2010. At that
time, to upgrade any of the three previous Autodesk software releases
will cost 50% of a new license price, no matter which release you own.
The most cost effective and convenient way to keep your software
up to date is with Autodesk Subscription.
And for a limited time you can save 20% on your Autodesk software
upgrade with the purchase of Autodesk Subscription.

Invest in Yourself with Autodesk Certification
“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin
An unemployment rate approaching 10% is the most obvious evidence of our
trying economic times.
Although we’re starting to see glimpses of recovery in certain sectors,
we also hear that a recovery in jobs may lag significantly behind.
At best we can expect segments of the job market to remain
challenging for the foreseeable future.
In this environment it’s important that you make your expertise
known to current and prospective employers.
If you’re an Autodesk software user the most visible method of
accomplishing this is through Autodesk Certification.
What is Autodesk Certification?
It is an online testing process through which Autodesk
acknowledges your experience and expertise.
Your Autodesk Certification can then be displayed with a
Certification Certificate and with a Certification Logo that you will be
authorized to use on your business card or resume.
There’s no better way to display your expertise.
To learn more about Autodesk Certification we invite you to visit
www.autodesk.com/certification.
If you’re interested in arranging a Certification exam, contact
Striker Technology Solutions for our certification exam schedule.

Autodesk Resource Centers
If you’ve not ever visited one of the Autodesk Resource Centers you are
missing out on a wealth of Autodesk product information.
White Papers, How-to’s, Webcasts, and FAQs are just a few of the
application specific resources that you’ll find.
The Autodesk Resource Center home page can be found at
http://resources.autodesk.com.
From this page you can access one of the application specific
Resource Centers.
One of the resources that we’ve found to be most informative is the
Autodesk Inventor Webcast Series.
You can register for upcoming webcasts or view archived webcasts
by navigating to the Autodesk Inventor Product Line Webcasts section of
the Manufacturing Resource Center or with the direct link
www.autodesk.com/inventorwebcasts.
